New high quality homes for Waddon
We are delighted to present proposals on behalf of Hyde Housing, who are looking to provide approximately 215 high quality homes on the northern part of Heath Clark field adjacent to Stafford Road and Duppas Hill. The development will also include a central garden and community accommodation. The site has an existing planning permission already for houses and apartments; Hyde Housing aims to bring about some significant improvements to the approved application.
We have now submitted the planning application, which can be seen on Croydon's planning portal. The planning application number is 25/01728/FUL.
